Instructions:

Movement: Move ankle outward.
Rehab Station Ankle Inversion on Ball
Instructions:
Origin: Lower Vertical
Attachment: Extremity Strap
Movement: Turn ankle inward.
Rehab Station Ankle Dorsiflexion on Ball
Instructions:
Origin: Lower Vertical
Attachment: Extremity Strap
Movement: Move ankle toward head.
